Lesson 16
Completing Your Floral Composition: Final Flower and Creative Details
In this final lesson, you will complete the last flower in your floral composition. Beginning at its base, you will continue with cupped sequins using the Aari technique. You are welcome to follow the demonstrated design or personalise the flower with your own material choices. Your Practice
Prepare your composition and choose the materials for the final flower. Follow the demonstration or plan your own combination of colours and textures.
Begin at the flower’s base. Once this section is ready, continue adding cupped sequins as shown, adapting their placement to your chosen design.
Review the completed flower alongside the rest of your composition. Reflect on the techniques you enjoyed most and consider how you could combine them in your next embroidery project.
